UID Aadhaar

I have applied UID Aadhar Card long time ago but so far there is no communication I recieved.I feel it is a fun introduced by the Govt.Of India.I,therefore request you to please mail me as to when it will be received.

Fr Richard Rego , who is resident of Mangalore, did not receive his Aadhaar card in more than four months after he enrolled himself in the city authorized center.

Then he decided to submit an RTI application to UIDAI to check the status of his Aadhaar Card. Fr Richard enrolled for Aadhaar card on August 26, 2011 but wait was very long for the card.

In reply to his RTI application, he was intimated that his documents are lost in transit by the transferring agency and he was asked by UIDAI to re-enroll himself in Second Phase of Registration.

Be it physical registration or Online Enrollment of Aadhaar Card , residents have to be prepared with asset of documents which are necessary supporting documents. These details are filled in at the time of enrollment when on line facility is availed but at the same time residents have to approach for eye iris and finger print scanning at the authorized center.

On physical enrollment process, all the required documents are submitted in copies duly verified with the original documents. These physical copies are stored for verification by the authorized agent.

Can we ask UIDAI to impose compulsion on existing Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and other legal legislative post holder of India to make themselves Enrolled for Aadhaar Card/UID card in second phase of enrollment.

It should be mandetary for all the residents of India , they should get Aadhaar Card first and then go for any democratic election process. Any one not having UId card shall not be treated eligible for contest.

May i ask your opinion please on this arrangement ???

My uncle Amit Verma resides in Dublin, Ireland, having a status of Non Resident Indian (NRI), he is employed with some Mechanical Engineering company on a service contract for limited period. Possibly he may come back in time to come.

We were discussing about the technology development of India, i briefed him about the Unique Identification Program of India Govt. then he asked can we also be enrolled some how ?

Then I started searching the procedure for enrollment facility for NRI, but i could not find proper assistance from any authorized center or person.

Non compliance of prescribed rules by some of the Aadhaar Card Enrollment agencies are being suspended by The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). It is temporary suspension of the operatioin till these agencies satisfy UIDAI with the proper correction. Such reply was informed by minister of state for planning Ashwani Kumar in Rajya Sabha.

I am a regular visitor and article writer in this web site and used to visit the past articles/ blogs/ features submitted by many contributors, it is felt and observed by me that everyone is contributing very positively but at the same time we know second phase of Aadhaar Card enrollment is very soon going to start by the UIDAI so my request with all the visitors to share the information in such a manner which should be technically correct and of clear description.

The Unique Identification (Aadhaar) Number, give authorized tool ar document to carry his identity as resident of India and at times may produce its legal identity to public and private agencies across the country.

Population have seen so many numbers in various cards meant for different purpose, but The Unique Identification (Aadhaar) Number shall remain one point solution to usage at various point. Population should know the three very common but very important attributes as Primary, Unique and Global.

As Aadhaar Card enrollment is to start again in second phase of its progress, a very common problem but of great value shall emerge even as some old ones remain. UIAID has declared the vision of Social Inclusion this time.

A lot more attentions on implementing agencies shall be under scrutiny as and how they reach the set of components of social inclusion like, to the homeless, to the persons of very low value in society or socially excluded population.
