Chhattisgarh Labor Minister in Ground Zero with Development Tasks

Labour Minister Bahiyyalal Rajwade on Thurday dedicated and laid foundation stones of developmental works worth Rs 38 lakh at village Junnapani in Dondilohara. Rajwade dedicated 'kalamanch' (stages) worth Rs Two lakh at village Junnapani and another 'Kala manch' built at a cost of Rs One lakh sixty-five thousand at village Dumatola. He also performed 'bhoomipoojan' of a mini-stadium and Gauravpath to be built at a cost of Rs 20 lakh at village Junnapani and a cement concrete road to be built at a cost of Rs 14 lakh at the same village.

Labour Minister Rajwade also distributed domestic gas connections to 186 women head of families under the Prime Minister Ujjwala Yojana at Junnapani. The gas connections-double burner stove- were provided at a nominal cost of Rs 200.

The Minister for Labor congratulated the villagers for making the gram panchayat Junnapani 'Open Defecation-Free' and called upon the gathering to operate the toilets regularly. Make 'Swachhta' part of their lives and keep the surroundings clean and green. He added that under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh the State is making rapid progress in all fields.

The Chhattisgarh State is committed for the welfare of poor, women, villagers, workers, youth and cross-sections of the society. Zilla Panchayat member Horilal Rawte, Mrs. Bhuneshwari Thakur, Mrs. Budhiyarin Kumeti, Gram Panchayat Junnapani Sarpanch Mrs. Nandini Sahu, panchayat representatives and a large number of locals were present at the meeting.
